Audit Fee Credit Terms
1. Eligibility
If you purchase a Technical Engineering Audit from The Specialist s.r.o. (Specialist Engineering Lab) and subsequently order an eligible Engineering Project that is directly related to the audited scope, you may receive a fee credit as described below.
2. Credit amount and cap
We will credit 30% of the paid technical audit fee towards the related engineering project price, up to a maximum of 5% of that project’s price.
3. Time limit
The credit must be used within 90 days of audit delivery (delivery date as stated in the audit handover / final report).
4. Single use; no cash
The credit may be applied once. It cannot be paid out in cash, transferred to unrelated projects, or combined beyond the written offer terms.
5. Related project requirement
The subsequent project must be directly related to the subject matter of the audit. Unrelated scopes do not qualify.
6. Confirmation in quotation
Any credit is effective only when expressly confirmed in the written commercial offer / quotation for the engineering project. Website wording is informational and does not create an automatic entitlement beyond that confirmation.
7. Audit not mandatory
Where a customer already has a sufficiently clear specification, The Specialist s.r.o. may prepare an engineering project proposal without a prior paid audit.
